Boxfit
A fitness boxing based class that explores the technical boxing skills as well as cardiovascular endurance. Including elements of partner work, pad work and skill-based drills true to that of boxing. All levels of fitness welcome, great for members who want to get fit and learn basic boxing skill in a fun and relaxed environment.
