Les Mills BodyBalance

The soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.

Les Mills Attack

BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

Pump and Tone

This class will condition, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast. A fast paced barbell workout that will leave you feeling pumped and energized.

Aquafit

Aquafit is a fun and energetic class conducted in the pool. The unique physical properties of water provide an ideal environment for exercise adding additional resistance but with no impact on the bodies joints.

Circuits

Circuit Training is suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness level. It incorporates a variety of exercises at different stations, where you can take on each exercise at your own pace, targeting a full body workout.

Kettlehit

A total body workout that combines power and strength to build stamina, fitness and total body strength using exercises specifically incorporating kettlebells.

Pilates

Pilates strengthens your mind and body, improving posture, balance, flexibility and mental awareness. A focus in Pilates is improving your posture, aiding to alleviate pain and other problems caused by the stresses of modern day living. This class is suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced.

Pilates - Intermediate

If you’ve been enjoying Pilates for a while, can comfortably complete a roll-up and want to progress further then this class is for you. Working at an intermediate level with some advanced exercises, we’ll challenge you to further develop your core strength, flexibility and mobility, sometimes working at a faster tempo.

Bootcamp

Bootcamp is an intense class, guaranteed to increase your heart rate and improve your fitness levels. If you're ready for some discipline with instructors challenging you to new levels, this is for you.

Indoor Cycling

An Indoor cycling class based on static bikes which provides an intense cardiovascular workout in a motivating group environment. Prepare yourself for tough hill sprints and speed intervals that will really push your physical and mental thresholds.

Functional Fitness - Zonal Fitness

Get in ‘The Zone’ on our training rig in this functional fitness workout, preparing the body for everyday real-life movements. These movements will improve strength, balance and cardiovascular endurance.

Wet Walking

The properties of the water support the body or limbs, providing positive resistance, enabling you to move with less impact than on land, relieving pain and burning calories. Suitable if you’re recovering from an injury or struggle with day to day movements. To make it more challenging, add webbed gloves or vary your direction of travel.

Legs, Bums, Tums (LBT)

A fun, energetic, aerobic style class, mainly working the lower body muscle groups. LBT classes are designed to build muscle, tone your problem areas and simply increase fitness levels.

Ante and Postnatal Fitness

Are you pregnant or had a baby? Join this fun workout designed to support your changing body in pregnancy and the demands of being a new parent. You are welcome to bring your baby/toddler or come on your own for some 'me time'.
