Hula Fitness

A fun functional weighted hula hoop class that burns calories whilst working the whole body It's a great combination of cardio and core strengthening exercises. The class is varied with adding additional exercises to tone all over. Benefits include reduced lower back pain, Slimmer waist, hips, thighs and buttocks, Improved coordination and increased endorphins Come and hoop to the beat.

Functional Fitness - Zonal Fitness

Get in ‘The Zone’ on our training rig in this functional fitness workout, preparing the body for everyday real-life movements. These movements will improve strength, balance and cardiovascular endurance.

Pilates

Pilates strengthens your mind and body, improving posture, balance, flexibility and mental awareness. A focus in Pilates is improving your posture, aiding to alleviate pain and other problems caused by the stresses of modern day living. This class is suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced.

A postnatal fitness class designed to get your heart rate up and muscles working whilst your little one enjoys the play gyms, toys and watching new movements going on around them. suitable for mums 3months+ exercises are modifiable for postnatal concerns such as stress incontinence, diastasis recti, lower back or knee pain. At the end of each session there will be time to chat with a cuppa

Les Mills BodyBalance

The soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.

Over 60's Gentle Dance

A variety of music styles and dances. Each track is a different easy to follow dance exercise routine. Ladies and gents who feel they need a little more support can easily do the class on a chair.

Circuits

Circuit Training is suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness level. It incorporates a variety of exercises at different stations, where you can take on each exercise at your own pace, targeting a full body workout.

Aquafit

Aquafit is a fun and energetic class conducted in the pool. The unique physical properties of water provide an ideal environment for exercise adding additional resistance but with no impact on the bodies joints.

Adult Swimfit

Brand new structured session suitable for 18+. If you're improving your fitness, developing stamina and resistance, losing weight or training for an event then this is for you!

  • Must be able to swim 100m frontcrawl/backstroke as the entry requirement.

Clubbercise

Clubbercise® is a fun full body workout with a banging soundtrack that gets great results. One session burns around 600 calories. The routines combine dance, toning and combat moves with options to suit all fitness level.

Running Club

Join our Running Club with like-minded individuals that you can run in a group with. Our pacers/coaches will help you whilst enjoying your run around Oundle.

A total body workout that combines power and strength to build stamina, fitness and total body strength using exercises specifically incorporating kettlebells.

Pump and Tone

This class will condition, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast. A fast paced barbell workout that will leave you feeling pumped and energized.

Indoor Cycling

An Indoor cycling class based on static bikes which provides an intense cardiovascular workout in a motivating group environment. Prepare yourself for tough hill sprints and speed intervals that will really push your physical and mental thresholds.

Low Impact Circuits

Fun low impact circuits class without a jump, high knee run or burpee in sight! Focusing on good form, functional movements and working up a sweat. Aiming to keep you moving whilst recovering from an injury, moving through all 3 trimesters in pregnancy, starting back into exercise after having a baby or if you’re new to exercise. For members of all ages along with postnatal and pregnant clients.

Relieve & Revive Foam Rolling

Foam rolling is a way of massaging muscle soreness, increasing your range of motion and preparing your muscles for deeper stretching. Foam rolling can be used in myofascial release work as a massage tool to help release tension and stiffness in the body, which can reduce pain and increase range of movement.

Pilates

Pilates strengthens your body and mind, improving posture, balance, flexibility and wellbeing.  Focusing on core strength, Pilates can help with general fitness, postural alignment, recovery from injury and other problems caused by the stresses of modern day living. We also offer an intermediate level with some more advanced exercises which will challenge you further.

Core Conditioning

A 20 minute class to engage and strengthen your core.

Pump & Tone

This class will condition, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast. A fast paced barbell workout that will leave you feeling pumped up and energised.

Chair Strength and Balance

Chair Strength & Balance has been is designted to be part of a falls prevention programme. This class has exercises to help in everyday living such as standing up and opening tins, using resistance bands to improve strength.

Les Mills Body Attack

BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

Cardio Kick

A high energy aerobics class using a mixture of martial art techniques with a fun fast paced vibe Great for improving stamina, fitness, flexibility and endurance Working on c.ore strengthening and building lean muscle
