There is something for all abilities, interests and training goals in our class timetable which has around 30 weekly group exercise classes. Classes include aqua, indoor cycling, yoga, pilates and High Intensity Interval (HIIT) training. Spaces can be booked online, with all classes charged per session and many included as part of membership options.
We also run various courses for both adults and children. These run over a set period of 5, 10 or 12 weeks and are aimed at both absolute beginners and those looking to progress and improve skills in their different disciplines or activities.
